When Do I Choose My Products?

Each month, you’ll have a Build Your Box window from 1st–3rd where you select your 3 full-size products. You’ll also find out the 2 IPSY Picks we’ve curated just for you. Finally, you complete your box by shopping incredible deals on Add-Ons products.

How Are Products Picked for Me?

Your Beauty Quiz and product reviews guide our IPSY Picks, ensuring your box reflects your preferences while still introducing you to new, buzzworthy finds.

When Will I Be Able to Review My Products?

You can start reviewing your current month’s products around the third week of every month. If you’re still loving something you received months ago, we want to hear about it! You can revisit your products as far as five months back and review them.

What Else Do I Get as an Extra Subscriber?

• Add-Ons: From the 1st–3rd of each month, shop bonus products starting at $3.50. They’ll ship free with your Extra subscription.

Where Is IPSY Extra Available?

At the moment, IPSY subscriptions are available to our members in the U.S., U.S. territories, Canada, and Mexico.

When Will I Get My Box?

After you’ve built your perfect box, we pack everything up and mail it to you via standard ground shipping. Once it has left our warehouse, we'll email you a unique tracking number so you can keep tabs on when your IPSY Extra will arrive.

What If My Box or Products Are Missing/Damaged?

We try our best to ensure every shipment meets our very high standards. That said, in rare cases, if a product is missing or damaged, please reach out to IPSY Care, and our team will happily take care of you.

When Will I Be Billed?

If this is your first IPSY Extra (yay!), we will bill you as soon as you choose a plan and provide us with your payment information. After that, we bill you monthly for your upcoming box. If we aren't able to bill you successfully on our first try, we will email you and continue trying your payment method on file. At any time, you can go to "My Account" to update your billing info.
